Challenge

Xin is an online bird's nest store that started as a distributor before selling its bird's nest directly to consumers through its website. However, with so many fake goods scams online, customers are becoming extremely cautious when buying the product. The industry is also known for competitor price wars, making it more difficult for Xin to get new customers.

Solution

After interviewing the client, we discovered that they are the only online store selling cave bird's nests, which can usually only be found in retail stores at a higher price. With that, we crafted a look and feel for their brand that looks premium, natural, and of good quality. We also taught customers how to identify good-quality bird's nests and the difference between house bird's nests and cave bird's nests. This helped build more trust with new customers who landed on their website. After the rebrand, Xin saw a significant increase in new orders and enquiries, even landing a corporate order.
