Graphic Designer Turned UX Advocate

"Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works."

A designer at heart, I strategise efficiency in everything I do, from planning meals with minimal dishwashing to maximising errands in one trip. This obsession with optimisation naturally led me to User Experience (UX) design.

 

I used to love branding as it incorporates customer experience/ journey design. However, UX design as a full-time job allows for a deeper focus on crafting intuitive and user-centred interactions. 

With the growing prominence of UX design and a recent career transition, I'm excited to leverage my innate passion for this field.

While my formal UX experience may be in its early stages, I bring a wealth of knowledge and transferable skills from my work in advertising, branding, and event design and management. I've collaborated with a diverse range of clients, honing my strong sense of empathy, problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking. Moreover, my hunger for knowledge and eagerness to learn make me a quick adopter of new skills and approaches.

  • Led objective-driven brainstorming sessions to develop end-to-end user centric solutions
